SAVE THE DATE TO CELEBRATE THE CHESAPEAKE BAY ART ASSOCIATION’S 60TH ANNUAL OCEAN VIEW ART SHOW ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY, OCTOBER 12th & 13th, 2024 FROM 10am-5pm.
LOCATION: Ocean View Beach Park, 100 W Ocean View Ave, Norfolk, VA
Each year the Chesapeake Bay Art Association (CBAA) Welcomes artists both locally and nationally to gather at the OCEAN VIEW BEACH PARK, in NORFOLK, VA, to display and sell their artistic creations while gaining exposure. Efforts of this Annual show raises funds to benefit the John B. Tenney Memorial Scholarship Fund. At this 2 day juried art festival, engage with professional artists, high school students, members and volunteers of the CBAA organization, CBAA sponsors, Musicians, food truck vendors, City of Norfolk police and community attendants! Experience the excitement as artists receives award prizes during the show! Find unique gifts and enjoy the family-friendly atmosphere where music and aromas from food trucks fill the air!
The Ocean View (OV) art show invites donators and sponsors to help support the CBAA organization’s goals while given opportunity to reach large audiences to connect with.

As a member of CBAA you have the opportunity to sell your work in the CBAA Member’s Tent at the OV Art Show. The number of artists is limited to 6. First come, first served. Please read the guidelines and contact the administrator to be included. We will also have a waiting list for additional artists.
Each year we publish a CBAA OV ART SHOW BOOKLET that is handed out to guests as they enter the show. It’s a 5 ½ by 8 ½ inch booklet that explains our Scholarship program (the reason we have this show), information about our organization, an exhibitors list, a map of the exhibitors location and ads from local businesses and our sponsors that help us make this show great. If your company has previously advertised in our show brochure, we’d like to offer you an opportunity to advertise with us again. If you’re new to our show, Welcome! We’re pleased to have you help us send some talented young people off to college with a bit of extra money, to help make their artistic dreams come true. Below is an order form with pricing information for our ads. We’d also like to let you know that if your company is willing to donate a Door Prize with a minimum of a $50 value for one of our drawings, you will receive a free 1/4 page or business card size ad. This year all ads purchased will be listed on our website as a sponsor. Please include a website address so we can provide a link. If you purchase a full or half page ad, we will put a full color logo on our webpage.

Business Sponsors of over $200 may hang a banner for their business on the fencing by the pavillion (First come, first serve) and/or set up a 10’ x 10’ Tent. Please read additional details. Participation in the Ocean View Art Show Student Tent is open to all Hampton Roads middle and high school students. Please read the information below carefully, fill out the application, mail or email to the addresses listed below. All pages must be fully completed for review prior to acceptance.
Please note: ALL ART MUST BE DROPPED OFF by before 10am AND PICKED UP BY THE STUDENT OR PARENT by at 5pm. NO EXCEPTIONS. CBAA is not responsible or liable for the transportation of art.
