Chesapeake Bay Art Association (CBAA) was founded in Ocean View, Norfolk, VA on August 8, 1961. The CBAA is a Hampton Roads artist's group that meets regularly to network and support each other in their artistic endeavors. As a non-profit organization, we raise money for young artists to pursue fine art in college, through donations, our annual Member’s Show, an Art Crawl, and the Ocean View Art Show at the Ocean View Beach Park.
